This is our unique estate white blend crafted from some of the oldest vinifera in the Okanagan. Dry white wine, crisp honeyed apples, notes of apricots and good acidity give this wine nice flavour good with white creamy pasta dishes, Moroccan tagine or the all around favourite turkey. Sip on its own as an apertif or pair with food, the choice is yours.
