This once in a lifetime release celebrates an exceptionally ripe and delicious batch of Cabernet Sauvignon, sourced from the Kismet Vineyard, in Osoyoos, BC
The wine, aged 18 months in French and American Oak, has aromas and flavours of black cherry and black currant. There are layers of fruit on the palate. Long ripe tannins give the wine an elegant and polished texture. 9
Finished in a blend of French and American oak barrels for 18 months.
This Cab is complex, elegant and simply delicious.

Great opportunity to enjoy premium Black Sage bench Cabernet Sauvignon fruit for a fraction of the price. Aged in lovely oak barrels from Loches forest, Loire region in France. This wine is a pale ruby red color. Picked in October this wine is paired with this oak to create a softer end feel. Medium tannins and a medium acidity. This wine can age or be enjoyed now. Vanilla, cedar, plum, caramel and dark chocolate. Solid purchase
