Refund policy

 

You may return any product (with the exception of gift cards) that are unused, undamaged and in a resalable condition. Returns are accepted with accompanying original receipt within thirty (30) days of purchase.
We will replace any product that is incorrect, damaged or does not meet your expectation with the same or similar product. The replacement will have a retail value that is similar to or less than the original product.  Email bcwinestudio@gmail for support to exchange your item.
