In 2014 Paul inadvertently became the wine guy.  It started at its first Friendsgiving and evolved into any potluck dinner - his job was to bring the wine.  The only problem was he knew nothing about wine. He knew he and his friends liked it, but that's it!

Fast-forward 8 years, and wine has encompassed his life. Still bring it to parties - but this time with much more thought and precision.

His curiosity has driven him to explore the best wine regions of the world. Always looking for that next best pairing. Bringing back bottles to share. Telling his stories.
